Government Agency
Working with Enmasse has been such a positive experience, I have worked with a lot of consultants and Enmasse is the most responsive and professional by far. They really care about delivering a quality product that was suited to our organisation. Nothing was too much trouble.
Government Agency
I have been designing and conducting training in risk and compliance for 20+ years and I just wanted to share that the Enmasse training was some of the best online training I’ve ever done. When you see something that is human centred, personable, effective, digestible and easy to use, it’s rare.

The case studies were excellent, and the practical tips on how to mange certain situations.

Great presenters. Very engaging. As a female who has been engaged in this work for some time it was refreshing to see that a majority of the men in the room are now on board with this messaging.

Would highly recommend the session to be mandatory for all staff, if possible of course! It's effective for building awareness and understanding.

The facilitator was great – she really cared about mental health issues and it showed. The practical examples were excellent.

I found defining the key concepts of mental health and wellbeing, the symptoms and how to respond appropriately was excellent.
Thomas, Melbourne
Highly knowledgeable presenters, the practical advice on how to manage situations that may arise was and a reminder of our obligations was extremely helpful.

I thought the facilitator was excellent and had lots of interesting take aways. The use of the chat box to encourage interaction was also a great idea and very effective.
I have already recommended this to my colleagues. It was very relevant and I picked up valuable pointers for both my corporate and personal life. I feel I can also recognise and assist colleagues better now who may display some key triggers. Also - I felt like I was with family seeing so many of my colleagues and friends participating. I was surprised to get so much out of such a simple process. Well done!
The facilitator was particularly good. She explained very clearly difficult concepts with relevant examples. She also managed to engage participants quite well with the use of the chat even though the meeting was virtual. Extremely useful session.
Great seminar, really enjoyed the interactive nature and found it informative on how to be a supportive team member/leader.
The facilitator was excellent and the presentation flowed and was very informative.
Excellent session facilitated online. Great participation from the attendees. Presenter was excellent.
I've recently become more aware of unconscious bias and affinity bias as barriers to true inclusion. The affinity bias exercise (around people you trusted) was really valuable as it was a bit of a light bulb moment and further broadened my understanding of some of the psychological factors at play in this space.

I enjoyed having the time to reflect on real world examples of Diversity and Inclusion issues that I have seen and contributed to. It was a powerful way to place the theories being discussed into practice.
