
Helena Kuo
Managing Director at Enmasse, Helena is an Executive HR professional with extensive experience at HR Director level leading HR teams in global and national firms. Her areas of focus include strategy development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee relations, including managing complex workplace relations. Helena blends her clinical background with her HR expertise to develop programs that support workforce sustainability through initiatives that drive psychologically safe, respectful and inclusive workplaces. She has provided input into the Diversity Council of Australia's gender equality and cultural diversity programs.

Dr Andrew Stock
As Head of Psychology, Andrew leads psychological program development and training at Enmasse. He works with executives in Australia, Asia, and other parts of the world, experiencing many of the common challenges that come with working in high performance roles, including issues with work/life integration, maintaining energy levels and preventing burnout. Andrew has significant experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and effective interventions, from prevention and early intervention through to crisis management.

Vanessa Sayers
A Director at Enmasse, Vanessa is a change management and behaviour change specialist with 15 years’ commercial experience consulting with individuals, leaders, and teams to maximise human performance and uplift organisational effectiveness.
Vanessa’s experience spans HR Consulting, Change Management and Learning and Development across various industries including professional services, financial services, and government. She has significant experience leading change management teams to successfully deliver large-scale and complex programs and is passionate about the impact of change leadership on behaviour change and workplace wellbeing.

Erica Edmands
Partner and Lead Facilitator at Enmasse, Erica is a workplace investigator, EEO/diversity lawyer and speaker on diversity, mental health, wellbeing and resilience with 20 years’ business experience spanning law, professional services, government, banking, financial services and manufacturing. Erica has appeared on radio and television and as a speaker/chair at many conferences in Australia and in Asia. Erica is dedicated to keeping workplaces safe and inclusive.

Fiona Parkinson
Fiona is an experienced facilitator at Enmasse delivering workshops on diversity and inclusion as well as mental health and wellbeing to a range of clients including private and public sector organisations. In addition to having a background in finance, Fiona is a counsellor experienced in working with vulnerable members of the community both directly and via telephone crisis support. She enjoys supporting workplaces build resilient teams and enabling them to support the wellbeing of their people. Fiona also supports our content team in developing evidence-based, psychologically-validated information and advice. She has completed the accredited Mental Health First Aid course and is also trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Professor Colleen Hayward AO
An Advisory Board Member at Enmasse, Aunty Colleen Hayward is a senior Noongar woman with extensive family links throughout the south-west of Western Australia. For many years, she was the Pro Vice Chancellor, Equity and Inclusion at Edith Cowan University where she was also Head of Kurongkurl Katitjin, Centre for Indigenous Australian Education and Research. Colleen served as Deputy CEO of the Aboriginal Legal Service of WA for six years and currently sits on their Board. Colleen also sits as a member of the Aboriginal Police Advisory Forum to the Commissioner of Police in WA.

Barry Jenkin
An experienced digital innovator in the mental health and wellbeing space, Barry is the creator and administrator of the online behaviour change curriculum at Enmasse. He activates learning experiences for a cross-section of clients and audiences in the public and private sectors, and provides a vital link between subject matter expertise and creative/digital expression.

Susan Macnaughton
A Partner and Lead Facilitator at Enmasse, Susan is a highly experienced facilitator, conflict resolution specialist and mediator and coach. With 20 years experience practicing as a senior litigation lawyer in London and Asia, and over 15 years working as a mediator in commercial, workplace, family and medical disputes, she brings a great breadth of international experience and a unique perspective. Susan is a training coach and supervisor for a number of leading educational institutions on dispute resolution and believes strongly that supporting early intervention in addressing the drivers of conflict is essential for promoting wellbeing in all aspects of life. Combining strategic thinking with empathy and practical common sense, Susan is a respected consultant and mentor to many individuals and organisations navigating difficult issues and facilitating change.

Diane Bates
Diane is a lead facilitator with decades of experience working in the areas of equal opportunity, discrimination and sexual harassment as a qualified lawyer and investigator of workplace misconduct. Diane is a former senior officer with the Australian Defence Force and served as a judicial officer within the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal where she heard human rights-based claims and appeals.
Diane has a passion for promoting psychological safety in workplaces and delivers with a warm, inclusive and engaging approach.

Karen Marshman
Karen is a mental health facilitator and counsellor who has worked in the field of applied psychology for over 25 years. A former CEO of a multi-award-winning not-for-profit dedicated to uplifting marginalised youth, Karen has experience navigating and supporting individuals through some of the most challenging roadblocks on the journey to behaviour change, and is passionate about applying these insights to a broader audience. Through both her clinical work and her former role reviewing workplace rehabilitation services nationally, Karen has experience identifying the impacts of psychological stress or injury in the workplace and assisting individuals to deal with these. Her empathetic, ‘keeping it real’ delivery style resonates with audiences across all work settings.
Stuart Kay
Stuart is Executive Consultant for Enmasse with extensive experience working across multiple sectors including private legal practice, the judiciary, education and government, in Australia and the US. A senior qualified lawyer, Stuart develops high-performing teams domestically and globally, including through coaching and mentoring team leaders and through embedding diversity and inclusion programs. Having served in organisational leadership roles for many years, Stuart is familiar with the pressures on leaders. With decades of personal mindfulness practice, he can assist leaders to develop approaches that better enable them to accomplish their goals and flourish.
In addition to a deep understanding of the drivers of behaviour and workplace culture, Stuart brings empathy, emotional intelligence and a wealth of lived experience to clients.

Megan Dwyer
Megan is a highly skilled HR professional whose 25-year career has been shaped by her passion to create environments that enable people to work more productively and to deliver success for organisations. Megan is a deep and strategic thinker whose clients value her depth of experience as an advisor to leadership teams. She is an expert in implementing HR strategy, organisational design and program development covering all stages of the employee lifecycle. A highly regarded facilitator and coach Megan focusses on behaviour change to optimise outcomes for the individual and the organisation. Megan has an uncanny ability to problem solve with her clients, always uncovering the root cause of an underlying issue. She builds strong and enduring relationships, based on honesty, integrity and authenticity.

Trent Larkman
Trent Larkman is a specialist gendered violence prevention and response training practitioner, who provides both content validation and facilitated program delivery for Enmasse. Trent is a registered Social Worker with a background in men’s family violence counselling and community engagement. He combines his passion for engaged pedagogy with his experience of working with men who use family violence to deliver collaborative, engaging and insightful training sessions to build on people’s confidence and skills to reflect on themselves in the world and create change in their everyday lives.

Jason Ball
Jason Ball is a facilitator and speaker on mental health and diversity and inclusion for Enmasse with lived experience challenging cultural norms within the professional sports community. Jason is an LGBTIQ and mental health advocate who in 2012 spearheaded a national campaign against homophobia in sport, which culminated in the founding of Pride Cup Australia and the establishment of the AFL’s annual Pride Game between St Kilda and Sydney. Jason is also an Ambassador for Beyond Blue, the Victorian Pride Centre and in 2017 was named Young Australian of the Year for Victoria.

Lisa Mcleod
Lisa is a psychologist and mental health trainer with 20 years' experience facilitating to a wide variety of professions and audiences. Lisa practises as a therapist and organisational development consultant with a positive psychology focus. She is also a digital behaviour change innovator with a passion for building individual and team wellbeing.

Scott Barker
Scott is the Facilitation & Creative Manager at Enmasse with over 18 years of design experience. Specialising in digital project management, art direction, graphic design and videography. Scott manages all of the logistics in relation to training workshops at En Masse. He liaises closely with clients and facilitators ensuring the smooth running of all facilitation services including provision of resources. Scott also manages the production of all training collateral and videography to support training materials and online modules.

Mark Dean
CEO and Founder Enmasse, Mark is a leading innovator, entrepreneur and strategist in the mental health space with over 25 years’ combined experience in law and brain and mind sciences. Mark specialises in helping organisations reduce psychological risks while optimising workplace wellbeing and culture.
