Where is your organisation placed in the journey to gender equality and respect?
In the wake of the #MeToo movement and the landmark Respect@Work report into sexual harassment in Australian workplaces, it is more important than ever to build capability and be on the front foot against sexual harassment and discrimination, and to have a culture that promotes safety, equality, respect and inclusion. To take that leap forward, we may first need to take a step back and address the foundations of the problem: the underlying gender-based attitudes and beliefs that drive disrespectful and unfair behaviours.
Enmasse partners with you at every step of the journey with a phased approach to helping your workplace recognise and eliminate risks to psychological safety, from addressing unconscious bias through to managing and preventing gender-based violence, harassment and discrimination. Our goal is to assist you to build a safe, inclusive environment for your people and to ensure that shifts in attitude and behaviour are felt at all levels of leadership and employment.
Understanding that systemic change starts with the individual, our focus is on developing your team’s skills as active upstanders, role modelling healthy, respectful behaviours and confidently speaking out and providing support in response to harassment and other forms of inappropriate gender-based treatment or conduct.
